Through this study, we aim to clarify the regulatory framework for non-conventional financing in Algeria, in particular that Algeria has chosen to opt for non-conventional financing instead of resorting to external debt, in order to carry out projects that have been engaged in different sectors given that the current monetary liquidity is insufficient.
we concluded that the financing of the public treasury rests on this type of financing to ensure the payment of the wages and to ensure the realization of the various projects.
but we must use this means in moderation, because there is a probability of depreciation of the value of the Algerian dinar.
الملخص FRE
Nous visons à travers cette étude à clarifier le cadre réglementaire du financement non conventionnel en Algerie notamment que l’Algérie a choisit d’opter pour le financement non conventionnel au lieu de recourir à l’endettement extérieur, à fin de réaliser les projets qui ont été engagés dans différents secteurs vu que les liquidités monétaires actuelles sont insuffisante.
nous avons conclu que le financement du trésor public reposait sur ce type de financement pour assurer le paiement des salaires et d’assurer la réalisation des différents projets.
mais il faut utiliser ce moyen avec modération, car il existe une probabilité de dépréciation de la valeur du dinar Algérien.
