The current research aims to test the extent of the influence of the excellence strategy with its factors represented by (intrinsic ability, value of work and social responsibility) in the service provided, and the problem of the research was that the researched company suffers from a lack of interest in adopting some factors of the excellence strategy and from the lack of governmental financial allocations supporting it.

It is one of the elements of the application of the excellence strategy, and this was negatively reflected in providing services that meet the needs and desires of the consumer.

The importance of research stems from the importance of the role that the strategy of excellence plays in achieving the objectives of the researched organization (the General Company for Grain Trade) in improving performance, and in a way that helps workers to accomplish tasks efficiently.

Through the set of knowledge and skills they acquire to enhance and develop (their core capacity, work value and social responsibility).
