The study aims to know the effect of the control work in reducing the costs of total quality management in the General Company for Electrical Industries - Ministerial, the problem of the study was represented by the weakness of the research company in the production side, which cannot be a competition for the major international companies that started to invade the Iraqi markets, and expanded This study aims to achieve a set of applied and cognitive goals through two main hypotheses from which a set of sub-hypotheses emerged.

The researcher used the questionnaire to collect data related to the study, targeting a sample of (40) workers at administrative and technical levels, where The results were analyzed using statistical methods to achieve their goals, and finally the study concluded with results that proved the validity of the hypotheses mentioned in its methodology
