This study was conducted in the plastic house of Kirkuk Directorate of Agriculture / Kirkuk governorate to estimate the economic threshold level for Meloidogyne spp on the tomato crop with six levels of nematode inoculum included control treatment; 0,10,25,50,75 and 100 juvenile /100 gm sterile soil/plant cultivated in pot of 5 kg of soil with 10 plants per treatment and three replicates.

The results showed that tomato yield was proportionally affected by the numerical density of the nematode inoculum, the percentage of loss in tomato yield was 18.75%,35.99%,62.65%,68.97%,73.03% for inoculum levels of 10,25,50,75,100 juvenile / 100 g soil / Plant respectively, while the check treatment was not affected and recorded the highest yield of 2194.3 g / plant followed by inoculum level of 10 juvenile / 100 g soil/plant with yield amount of 1782.8 g / plant, while the inoculum level of 100 g / 100 g soil/plant recorded the highest impact on yield amount as gave the lowest yield of 591.8 g / plant only.

Applied integrated management program of four components; bio-control agent Paecilomyces lilacinus, two organic formulations (Nematron, Nemadead) and bio-nematicide Tervigo 20% SC were economic and efficiently decreased the numerical density of the pest by 92.85%.

Based on the data of this experiment, economic threshold level for Meloidogyne spp on the tomato crop plastic house conditions was estimated by 1378 juvenile / 100 g soil.
