"In this paper Rayleigh Pareto distribution have introduced denote by( R_PD).

We stated some useful functions.

Therefor we give some of its properties like the entropy function, mean, mode, median , variance , the r-th moment about the mean, the rth moment about the origin, reliability, hazard functions, coefficients of variation, of sekeness and of kurtosis.

Finally, we estimate the parameters so the aim of this search is to introduce a new distribution.-
