This study aims to determine the strategic factors available to companies producing pasta in Algeria which can be the source of a sustainable competitive advantage and which can also be associated with the dynamic capabilities model which represents our reference model.

A survey of a number of companies was carried out, which led to results which show that the companies obtained their competitive advantages from the favoritism which they enjoyed from the public authorities in several fields.

This favoritism is due to membership in a very influential employers' organization

الملخص FRE

La présente étude vise à déterminer les facteurs stratégiques dont disposent les entreprises produisant des pâtes alimentaires en Algérie qui peuvent être à l'origine d'un avantage concurrentiel durable et qui peuvent aussi, être associés au modèle des capacités dynamiques qui représente notre modèle de référence.

Une enquête a été menée auprès d'un certain nombre d'entreprises, laquelle enquête a abouti à des résultats qui montrent bien que lesdites entreprises tiraient leurs avantages concurrentiels du favoritisme dont elles bénéficiaient de la part des pouvoirs publics dans plusieurs domaines.

Ce favoritisme est dû à l'appartenance à une organisation patronale très influente.
