The contribution of our article materializes through the analysis of the human capital involvement in the management of change in the organization in general and within the Algerian enterprise in particular.

Indeed, the synthesis of our results shows that the conduct of change implies above all the establishment of a new state of mind.

In this context, the analysis of the experience of the Algerian company reveals the lack of involvement and commitment of employees in terms of management and management of organizational change, which generates the lack of understanding, creating a problem of membership or sometimes rejection and resistance to change
