The article that we propose is a test of evaluation of the process of fragmentation of the production on a worldwide scale.

It, therefore attempted to show the role of the transnational firms in this process.

According to data's, more than 70% of the world trade is controlled by the transnational firms.

These last are companies made up in networks (upstream, downstream and into diagonal) which extend from continent in continent, of country in country, industry in industry.

Force is to be noted that the majority of the international exchanges are, indeed, of the exchanges between firms (subsidiary of firms).

Also, with their mondialized systems of production, the transnational firms, their subsidiary companies and their wide chains of value represent a significant share of the sector deprived in many developing countries and industrialized.
