The present study aims to identify the effect of an educational program based on image semiotics in the orption and development of visual thinking in kindergartens.

The sample consisted of (42) boys and girls of pre-school children distributed in two experimental groups (20) children, the study of the visual thinking consisted of (15) confirmed their validity and stability, and after the end of the experiment lasted (8) weeks applied the tools on the research sample and when analyzing the data obtained using a t-test means a statistical method showing the results.

The experimental group was studied according to the program based on the semiotics of the control group, which studied according to the usual method of orption and visual thinking.

The researcher presented a number of recommendations, including the importance of attention to visual culture and its importance in education and the use of semiotics in the educational situations of children as it facilitates dealing with them.
