الملخص EN

This study aims to identify the Impact of Optimized Production Technology Implementation in Egyptian Pharmaceutical companies, so it concerns with identifying the main Requirements of implementing OPT and expected benefits from implementing OPT.

To do that successfully a questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data needed.

The research hypotheses are the result of a pilot study and literature review and testing a number of assumptions and relationships which are connected to the Research problem.

The results of statistical analysis identify the Significance of difference among Employees in Egyptian Pharmaceutical Sector regarding the impact of OPT Implementation.
