Rent as one of the tenant’s liabilities under the Jordanian civil code and the Jordanian landlords and tenants law

This study deals with one of the main obligations of the tenant, namely, the payment of the rent or what so-called rental fee.

It discusses the place of the rental or lease contract in general, and the rental fee in particular as one of the elements of the contract’s place.

it also illustrates the effect of non-payment of the rental fee according to the Jordanian Landlords and Tenants Law and the Civil Code, which provides for the right of a landlord in tenant’s eviction, according to specific legal conditions
