Environmental pressure, competition challanges and development of stakeholder strategies have led to a socially responsible dimension in relation to human resource management research, highlighting its key role in organizational performance.

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the coherent relationship between corporate social responsibility and human resource management.

To do this, the communication, inspired by a literature review, focuses on examining the changes observed in human resources management practices «HRM» through the integration of the notion of Enterprise social responsability.

The idea is that socially responsible HR practices reinforce and push forward social performance, essence of organsational performance.
