Four maxillary talon cusps : a case report

This case report presents a 10-year-old girl referred to the conservative and restorative clinic for treatment in relation to four talon cusps on the maxillary central and lateral incisors.

Talon cusps and treatment modalities are reviewed.

The case was treated by grinding the talon cusps on the central incisors and fissure sealing the pits formed on the lateral incisors.
