يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى عجز التعبير الانفعالي عند المرأة المصابة بالعقم.
من حيث صعوبة وصف الأحاسيس و صعوبة تحديد الأحاسيس و التفكير الموجه نحو الخارج لدى عينة بلغ حجمها خمسة نساء مصابات بالعقم و للوصول إلى هذه الأهداف اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي و المنهج العيادي طبقت الباحثة وسيلة تتمثل في سلم ((TAS20)) لتقدير الالكسيثيميا فضلا عن تحليل المضمون و الإحصاء الوصفي كشفت النتائج عن بروز عجز التعبير الانفعالي بجلاء عند أفراد العينة حيث احتلت صعوبة وصف الأحاسيس المرتبة الأولى لدى 4 من 5 من أفراد العينة في تحليل المضمون و يمثل صعوبة وصف الأحاسيس البعد الأكثر ارتفاعا من خلال تحليل المضمون بقيمة إجمالية لكل الحالات تقدر ب 217 في المقابل يمثل صعوبة تحديد الأحاسيس البعد الأكثر ارتفاعا على سلم تاس قيمته 114 أين يتضح بجلاء صعوبة فهم عبارات سلم تاس من قبل أفراد العينة و في الأخير احتل التفكير الموجه نحو الخارج المرتبة الأخيرة بقيمة

This study revealed the level of emotional inability of expression in the sterile woman in terms of the Difficulty Describing sensations, Difficulty Identifyning Feeling the Escternally Oriented Thinking in a sample of five women sterile,through the study of quantitative and qualitative and to reach these aims, ,the researcher applied the test (TAS20) descriptive method, content analysis and descriptive statistics.
the results showed the onset of emotional inability, given that the inability to express feelings was first in four of the five subjects in the sample researche in the content analysis.
The inability to express the sensations the highest dimension with a total value in all subjects evaluated at 217, then comes the dimension 'inability to delimit sensations, evaluated at 114 where it is clear the difficulty of understanding the terms of the Scale (TAS20).
Finally the Escternally Oriented Thinking the outside occupies the third place with the score of 113
الملخص FRE
Cette étude à connaitre le niveau d’incapacité d’expression émotionnelle chez la femme stérile du point de vue de la difficulté d’exprimer les sensations, la difficulté de délimiter les sensations et la pensée dirigée vers l’extérieur chez un échantillon de cinq femmes stérile, la chercheuse a appliqué le test (TAS20) la méthode descriptive, l’analyse de contenu et les statistiques descriptives.
les résultats ont montré l’apparition de l’incapacité d’expression émotionnelle, étant donné que l’incapacité d’expression des sensations a occupé la première place chez quatre des cinq sujets de l’échantillon dans l’analyse de contenu.
L’incapacité d’expression des sensations la dimension la plus élevée avec une valeur totale chez tous les sujets évaluée à 217, ensuite vient la dimension ‘incapacité de délimiter les sensations, évaluée à 114 où apparait clairement la difficulté de compréhension des termes de l’Echelle (TAS20).
Enfin la pense dirigée vers l’extérieur occupe la troisième place avec le score de 113.
