The phenomenon of suicide and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence

As suicide has become a phenomenon in this era when corruption has spread, I wanted to study it in terms of Jurisprudence to know its provisions in a research entitled: (The phenomenon of suicide and its provisions in Islamic Jurisprudence).

The importance of research: It has noticed steadily the spread of the phenomenon of suicide in Islamic societies in this era in which social website network spread and the religious motivation became week, as well as economic health and family problems which are rampant in this era.

So my choice to this topic is an attempt to study this phenomenon Jurisprudencely to raise awareness among members of the Muslim community in this matter.

The research will be dealt with in two pivots: the first is theoretical and the second is analytical descriptive.

It includes an introduction, preparation preamble, conclusion and indexes.

The introduction: The researcher talked about the importance of the research, its objectives, the reasons for his choice of the topic, his method of research and research plan.

As for the preamble: It is stated in the definition of suicide in language and in divine law, the most important reasons, motives, methods of treatment, what is achieved and its mandatory provision.

With regard to the subject: In the phenomenon of suicide and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence, there are two parts: The First: in the forms of suicide and their provisions, there are three issues: The first issue in the matter of the other person to kill.

Second: In man's order to someone else to kill.

The second issue: In the order of others to kill himself.

The third issue: is participation of the person committing suicide with another.

The second is I the effects related to the person who committed suicide there are three issues: The first one is in his belief or nonbelief.

The second is in his reward.

The third is in washing him, praying on him and burying him in Muslim cemeteries (graves).

The conclusion included the most important findings of the study, sources and references index.
