Outsourcing is an important practice in e-collaboration that has spread across all regions of the world.
Given the benefits it provides for the contractors on the one hand, and for the subcontractors on the other hand.
It is seen as a fundamental tool, especially with lower transport and communication costs, as well as rapid technological changes, intensified international competition and economic liberalization that have facilitated the process of integrating the global economy.
Outsourcing is now an essential part of industrial and commercial policies and stands out as a strategy synonymous with competitive advantages.
However, suppliers seek to maintain their privileged relations with their principals and obtain new collaboration contracts, especially in the launch of new products.
Several strategic managerial actions are to be developed to achieve this objective.
As a result, the PLM approach enables e-collaboration between the supplier and the principals to achieve an objective to have a better competitiveness.
الملخص FRE
La sous-traitance est une pratique importante dans la e-collaboration et qui s'est répandue à travers toutes les régions du monde.
Vu les avantages qu'elle procure pour les donneurs d'ordres d'une part, et pour les sous-traitant d'autre part.
Elle est considérée comme un outil fondamental surtout avec la baisse des coûts de transport et de communication, ainsi que les changements technologiques rapides, l'intensification de la concurrence internationale et la libéralisation économique ont facilité le processus d'intégration de l'économie mondiale.
La sous-traitance représente aujourd'hui une pièce essentielle des politiques industrielles et commerciales et s'impose comme une stratégie synonyme d'avantages compétitifs.
Cependant les fournisseurs cherchent à maintenir leurs relations privilégiées avec leurs donneurs d'ordre et obtenir de nouveaux contrats de collaboration surtout dans le lancement des nouveaux produits.
Plusieurs actions managériales stratégiques sont à développer pour atteindre cet objectif.
De ce fait l'approche PLM permet la e-collaboration entre fournisseur et donneurs d'ordre afin d'atteindre un objectif d'avoir une meilleure compétitivité.
