The aim of this study is to identify the trends towards speak balarbiset from the point of view of Al-Quds Open University branch, the study was descriptive analytical approach employed by building identification contains (24 vertebra) in three areas, the first area: the causes speak balarbiset, The second area: speak balarbisih, the third area: manifestations which refers, was responding on these areas through Likert quintet.

The descriptive statistical analysis method was used that contains duplicate tables, percentages of respondents answer, and measures of central tendency and dispersion to learn how respondents answer scattering about arithmetic, statistical method of evidentiary testing hypotheses by using analyze Variance (ANOVA) to test hypotheses, differences and also test "t The population of the study consisted of all students and students at Al-Quds Open University, Tulkarem branch (90) students, percentage-based statistics academic year 2018-2019.
