The current research aims to identify: - 1Methods of dealing with psychological stress among middle school students.

The research consisted of (100) students of middle school (fifth grade) As for the research tools, the researchers relied on the first measure of the methods of dealing with psychological stress prepared from (Daraji, 2007), which consists of (24) paragraph designed to measure the methods of dealing with stress.

The second criterion is the critical thinking test prepared by (Ali, 2004), which contains (45) paragraphs, the results of the current research was as follows: -The level of critical thinking in the current research sample was found to be low, with the average value achieved for individuals in the same sample (69,44) compared with the mean average of (72.) The results indicated that there was a very low and very low correlation between the grades of the method of dealing with psychological stress and the degrees of critical thinking, where the value of Pearson correlation coefficient of the total sample (0,0).
