The world is witnessing a tremendous development and made significant progress in all areas of life, especially in the fields of knowledge and science.

Because of its greatest impact in bringing about radical changes in the psychological, social, economic and educational organization of the learners.

Through this teaching it has played a key role in the refinement of the human mind and the formation by providing the knowledge, skills and capacity development and the necessary directions.

Arabic language teacher has gained special significance to the fact that the educational process ascertains goals in all stages of education, but through the efficient teacher is able to bear the burdens of responsibility enough and hit the ground running.

Hence the importance of enabling the teacher from teaching competencies, and if what happened imbalance in the skills, the teacher can not achieve its objectives, and that what is required from a teacher that has the professional and scientific skills that enable him to do his job.

The performance evaluation one pedestals that can be adopted in the development work of the teachers for being a diagnostic process therapeutic showing aspects of efficiency and deficiencies can be corrected and has the educational process path.

Aim of the research: To achieve the aim of the research scholar chose a sample of male and female teachers was (45) and a school teacher, a promising form of the rules of the Arabic language, by (65) the adequacy of the rules.

Dish researcher observation form his own research sample, after the completion of the application data were treated statistically using the weighted average, the weight percentile, and Pearson correlation coefficient and statistical methods and found the following results: 1.

The performance of teachers in the teaching of the rules in general below the required level.

Weakness appeared in teachers overall performance in the field of planning and preparation for the lesson, and the use of teaching aids, and the area of the calendar.

The performance of teachers was okay in two areas, the boot and stimulate motivation the field, and the field of human relations and classroom management.

And reached several recommendations: 1.Reliance on teaching skills that have been identified in the current research of supervisors and specialists use them in evaluating the performance of teachers in the teaching of rules.

Provide Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha studying Arabic in vocational schools with a list of skills that have been identified in this study with a view to benefit from them in evaluating the performance of self.
