This research aims to identify the effect of using Gagne and Klaus Meier styles in acquiring rhetorical concepts for fifth grade literary students.

To achieve this aim, four null hypotheses have been set indicating that there are no significant differences between the three groups, and between two each groups.

To achieve the aim and hypothesis of the research, the researcher chose experimental method from partial control methods for two experimental groups and a control group, and one post-test.

Al-Quds High School for girls in Baquba has been chosen potentially to conduct the experiment.

The research sample was (96 female students) divide into three groups about (32 female students) for each group.

The groups have been distributed randomly according to study sections, section (B) represented the first experimental group studying according to Gagne style, section (A) represented second experimental group studying according to Klaus Meier style, and section (C) was third representing the control group studying according to normal style.

The group were equalized in the following variables: test of eloquence meanings for Al-Gareeb symbolism, previous academic attainment in fourth grade, chronical age, and parent's academic attainment.

The statistical treatments showed that there are no significant differences between these groups in those variables.

The researcher limited the first six concepts from the book Al-Balagha Wa Al-Tatbeq) to be studied by the sample of study.

Then the researcher formulated the behavioural goals within the general goals and contents of material according to Bloom knowledge of classification in its six levels.

Then the researcher prepared a plan for the subjects included in studying material.

To measure the range of acquiring rhetorical concepts for students of research, the researcher prepared a collective test in acquiring eloquence concepts made of (35 items) distributed into two groups of questions.

The first group contained multiple choice questions, and the second group contained short answer questions.

The test was submitted to the procedures of rationing and controlling of validity and stability, and the difficultness and distinguishing the items.

After that, the test was implemented in its final form on the research sample and the results showed after statistical treatment that there are no significant differences between the three groups at level (0.05).

Sheefe test was used to know the direction of differences and which of the groups was superior, the results showed the following: 1.

There are significant differences between the first experimental group and that studied according to Gagne style and the control group that studied according to normal way and it was for the favor of the experimental group.

2 There are significant differences between the second experimental group and that studied according to Klaus Meier style and the control group that studied according to normal way and it was for the favor of the experimental group.

There are significant differences between the first experimental group and that studied according to Gagne style and the experimental group that studied according to Klaus Meier style and it was for the favor of the first experimental group.

According to the results found by the researcher in the experiment, the researcher recommended the following recommendations: 1.

Giving attention and concern in teaching eloquence for fifth grade literary female students on the basis of being concepts taught for the first time.

2 Paying attention for specialized teachers in the area of methodology in teaching Arabic Language by implementing teaching styles in teaching Arabic language and including it in notebooks prepared for this purpose.
