Proceeding from the primacy of thoughts and reason over all of what is concrete, this work tries to reveal the authority of culture over literature.

Therefore, the careful reading of literature including its linguistic and nonlinguistic components implies the role of cultural privacy on directing literature in its three phases : pre-writing, during writing,and post writing.

Accordingly, the cultural dimension 's interest can be established through achieving the climate that allows tracing the literary practice in both of its linguistic and semantic knowledge, as well as pleading in favour of the authority of the cultural dimension 's presence, but the process should be carried out with a balanced logic as a condition.
