The majority of large Algerian companies use NICTs in accounting to improve the quality of the accounting information system as one of the most important management tools in the organization.
The objective of this article is to demonstrate the role of new information and communication technologies (NICTs) in the performance of the accounting information system (AIS).
This research sheet is the result of a questionnaire survey of 40 large Algerian companies.
We administered the questionnaire on accountants, accounting assistants, financial directors and internal auditors who work with a computerized accounting information system.
Through these results we can see that there is a significant positive relationship between the use of NICTs and the performance of the accounting information system at the threshold of 0.05, the intensity of the nature of the relationship is estimated by the linear regression method which is equal to R=0.55.

La plupart des grandes entreprises algériennes utilisent les NTIC en comptabilité pour améliorer la qualité du système d'information comptable, qui joue un rôle central dans le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.
L'objectif du présent article est de démonter l'impact des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (NTIC) sur la performance du système d'information comptable (PSIC), cette feuille de recherche est le résultat d'une enquête par questionnaire sur 40 grandes entreprises Algérienne.
Nous avons administré le questionnaire sur des comptables, des aides comptables, directeurs financiers et des auditeurs internes qui travaillent avec un système d'information comptable informatisé.
A travers ces résultats on peut constater qu'il y a une relation positive significative entre l'usage des NTIC et la performance du système d'information comptable au seuil de 0, 05, l'intensité de la nature de relation est estimée par la méthode de régression linéaire qui est égale à R=0.
