الملخص EN

This study aims to measure the impact of the recruitment method on the performance of officials servants at the University of Laghouat.

For the theor ectical part we used the analytical descriptive method.

and for the case study, we used the statistical method which will allow us to analyze the relationship between the two variables object of our study, namely, recruitment and performance of officials through a questionnaire distributed to the various administrative and technical managers.

الملخص FRE

Cette étude vise à mesurer l'impact du mode de recrutement sur la performance des fonctionnaires au niveau de l'université de Laghouat.

Pour la partie théorique on a utilisé la méthode descriptive analytique, et pour l'étude de cas, on a utilisé la méthode statistique qui nous permettra d'analyser la relation entre les deux variables objet de notre étude, à savoir, le recrutement et la performance des fonctionnaires à travers un questionnaire distribué aux différents responsables administratif et techniques.
