تستفيد الاستثمارات الأجنبية من العمليات التي تقدمها مختلف هيئات الضمان المتخصصة بموجب عقود الضمان التي تبرمها مع المستثمرين غير أن نطاق هذه العقود محدد من عدة جوانب فقد وضعت النصوص القانونية المنشئة لأنظمة الضمان الدولية قيودا تحد من نطاق الاستثمارات المضمونة و من صلاحية الأشخاص المستثمرين و من نطاق المخاطر المضمونة.
غير أنه و بسبب التعديلات التي عرفتها النصوص القانونية المنشئة خاصة لأنظمة الضمان الدولية فقد أصبحت قيود الضمان هذه مرنة جدا بهدف توسيع نطاق الضمان أكثر.

Foreign investments benefit from the operations of the various specialized insurance agencies under the guarantee contracts they conclude with investors, but the scope of these contracts is limited since the legal texts governing international guarantee systems limit the scope of guaranteed investments and investor prerogatives rather than guaranteed risks.
However, due to the evolution of these systems and the modification of the legal texts establishing them, these guarantee restrictions have become very flexible in order to further broaden the scope of the guarantee, which made the protection granted to investments more effective, because it is one of the most effective means of protecting foreign investments.
الملخص FRE
Les investissements étrangers bénéficient des opérations des différentes agences d'assurance spécialisées dans le cadre des contrats de garantie qu'ils concluent avec les investisseurs, mais la portée de ces contrats est limitée à plusieurs égards, puisque les textes juridiques régissant les systèmes de garantie internationale limitent le champ des investissements garantis et des prérogatives des investisseur, outre des risques garantis.
Cependant, en raison de l'évolution de ces systèmes et de la modification des textes juridiques les établissant, ces restrictions de garanties sont devenues très flexibles afin d'élargir davantage la portée de la garantie, ce qui a rendu la protection accordée aux investissements plus efficace car il s'agit de l'un des moyens les plus efficaces tenant à protéger les investissements étrangers.
