The research aims to define the essence of both creativity and innovation in light of entrepreneurial organizations.

And ways to activate it.

As for the research method, the study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach through the literature on the subject of research and analyzing the results of successful global experiences, trying to answer the main question: What are the requirements for activating creativity and innovation that led to success and entrepreneurship? And how to benefit from it in the Algerian experience.

One of the most prominent conclusions was the adoption of the innovation and creativity strategy as a basis for economic superiority, which is evidenced by the wonderful results of the American and Japanese experiences in innovation, and accordingly we have adopted a number of recommendations, most notably the encouragement of knowledge and the encouragement of ideas with attention to the human element because it is the product of creativity and innovation
