The present study aimed to evaluate the performance of students applied in the College of Education for Human Sciences from the point of view of supervisors. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the current study and consisted of (42)‎ paragraphs distributed between five axes, and the sample of the study (158)‎ teaching and teaching, and the results of the study were analyzed using means Appropriate statistical. The results resulted in two machines: 1. The number of paragraphs that were considered strengths (30)‎ paragraphs, which constitute (71.43%)‎ of the total number of paragraphs, while the number of paragraphs that counted weaknesses (12)‎ paragraphs, which constitute (28.57%)‎ of the total number of paragraphs. 2. All axes are considered strengths, with proportions between axes and paragraphs. 3. Personal and professional characteristics ranked first with weighted average (3.48)‎ and percentage weight (69.8)‎. (Lesson implementation)‎ ranked second with weighted average (3.39)‎ and weight percentage (67.8)‎. Third place with weighted average (3.37)‎ and weight percentage (67.4)‎, and the axis (teaching aids and techniques)‎ ranked fourth with a weighted average of (3.23)‎ and weight percentage (64.6)‎, while the (axis)‎ ranked fifth and last with a weighted average of (3.12)‎ And a percentage weight (62.4)‎.
