Administrative communication and its relationship to job performance among workers in the sports administration : a field study for the directorate of youth and sports for the wilayat of M'sila

The study aims to identify the relationship between administrative communication and job performance among employees in the sports administration of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Wilayat of M'sila.

For this purpose, we used the descriptive survey approach on a sample of 34 surveyed individuals.

To collect data, we used a questionnaire tool.

After collecting the results and treating them statistically, a correlation was found between administrative communication and the job performance of the study sample, and on this basis the study recommended giving employees full freedom in their communication with the administration in order to raise their concerns and for performance at the level.
