The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of the real psychotherapy on reducing the passive-aggressive personality disorder and improving the social responsibility of the blind using the quasi-experimental method.

The PAPD scale, SR scale, and therapeutic program were used.

The experimental sample of this study consisted of (5) blind students in King Khalid university whose ages ranges from (20) to (24) years, chosen from the whole sample of study.

The results of this study showed statistically significant differences between mean ranks of the scores obtained by members of the experimental group, in pre-test and posttest, on passive-aggressive personality scale, and social responsibility scale, favoring post-testing.

The results also showed no statistically significant differences between mean ranks of the scores obtained by members of the experimental group of study in post-test and follow-up test, on the two scales of study.
