This study aimed to identify the epistemological foundations, which should be available in the curriculum of Jurisprudence and behavior for the elementary school in Saudi Arabia.

I used descriptive analytical approach, and the tool was a list of criteria for the epistemological foundations, as well as a form of content analysis.

Also, I used a sample of fourth grad Student's Book (Jurisprudence and behavior book) edition 1438 AH / 1439 AH.

The results of the study are the study achieved the criteria of the epistemological foundations for Jurisprudence and behavior curriculum for elementary school.

And Lack of attention for the epistemological foundations when we designed the Jurisprudence and behavior curriculum for elementary school.

However, we represent some of them but it was in small amounts and unbalanced.

The study showed that there is a focus on critical thinking, deduction and elicitation.

The study showed lack interest in technology and the instructors would require further training to help them use technology in their teaching
