Le sujet de cette recherche est considèré comme les sujets les plus importants et contemporains, en ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre des décisions arbitrales étrangères; considérer l'arbitrage international comme un mécanisme de premier plan, le règlement des différends entre individus au niveau des relation internationales, si le litige arbitral est clos; il a des effets, notamment la délivrance de sentences arbitrales executoires, tout comme les décisions judiciaires, mais les conditions de sa mise en œuvre différent d'un pays a l'autre et d'une législation a une autre, a commencer par la non-contradiction de la décision arbitrale étrangère avec une décision judiciaire précédemment rendue et le non-respect de l'ordre public et de la modalité publique ainsi que la possession de la force de ce qui y est décidée.
