The Algerian economy has been strongly impacted by the health crisis.
For this purpose, the government has put in place a range of support and economic recovery measures.
In order to find sources of financing the Treasury deficit, we have suggested bond borrowing as a possible solution.
In this sense, our work consists of presenting the conditions for the success of public borrowing and verifying the presence or not of these same conditions on the Algerian financial market, through the analysis of the results obtained following a questionnaire created for this purpose

L'économie algérienne a fortement impactée par la crise sanitaire.
A cet effet, le gouvernement a mis en place une panoplie de mesures de soutien et de relance économique.
En vue de trouver des sources de financement du déficit du Trésor, nous avons suggéré l'emprunt obligataire comme solution envisageable.
Dans ce sens notre travail consiste à présenter les conditions de réussite de l'emprunt public et à vérifier la présence ou non, de ces mêmes conditions sur le marché financier algérien, et ce, à travers l'analyse des résultats obtenus suite à un questionnaire créé à cet effet.
