This study concerns with the effectiveness of Islamic Management Principles (IMP) that are being used in the Arab and Islamic world because there is a serious need to test the implementation process of IMP.

This is telling us that whether the successful Islamic Management Principles that were into practice in the past can meet today's needs and expectation.

This academic work trying to spot the light on them principles from the grass roots focusing on the begging of the Islamic era's Resources, Methodology, Values, Concept and Principles, as well as, how the Islamic Management System invested in people taking the lead in establishing a stable and steady management system which is open to the outside world to achieve the designed managerial aims and objectives.
