The study aims to identify the level of practicing some administrative competencies among the professors of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach on a sample consisting of 60 professors selected in a randomized stratified manner, and to collect data we used the questionnaire tool, after collecting the results and treating them statistically it was concluded that The faculty members of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities possess high degrees in practicing some administrative competencies and on this basis the study recommended conducting analytical and experimental studies on the administrative competencies of professors, whether before or during work to examine the effect and effectiveness of those competencies.
