The family remains the first entity to embrace children, so all Arab and foreign societies seek to achieve the highest degree of family stability in society and raise the level of family welfare.

The family encounters many economic crises that threaten its stability, unity, entity, and continuity, and mother’s financial literacy is one of the most important factors that help the family to encounter the financial problems that stand in the way of their lives; Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between the degree of financial literacy of the mother and the level of family stability.

This study used a social survey method.

The study adopted the role theory concepts to interpret the results related to financial literacy and family stability.

The study revealed many results mainly: The mother’s financial literacy is low at 3.3, while the level of family stability is high, with an arithmetic mean of 0.4.

The study also revealed that there was a weak moral positive correlation between mother’s financial awareness and family stability, whereas the correlation coefficient is 0.321** at two of the parties’ significances and the morale is 0.000.
