The research dealt with the subject of teaching Arabic language skills to other speakers through their four skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

As for the skill of listening, the researcher explained the important aspects of teaching this skill as a key skill for the rest of the skills that are in speech, reading and writing.

The research also discussed some of the educational techniques in teaching these skills and their impact on students' understanding.

At the end of the research, the results were the most important: - Urgent need to develop teacher training methods.

- The use of experts specialized in the preparation of Arabic language curricula for non-speakers and attention to educational mean.
