Subject: : This research focuses on the extraction of rhetorical rules from the Qira'at of Holy Quran Objectives: 1-Showing the authenticity and priority of the Holy Quran in the &andardization of the Arabic rules 2-Highlighting the rhetorical aspect of the Qira'at o Problem: 1-When Arab lingui&s set their rules, did they &art from the Quranic text? 2-Is there a relation between fame and eloquence? 3-Does the &andardization of auxiliary sciences “Uloom-ul-aalah” help &udents underhand them? 4-Are the books of Qira'at Defects “Ilal Qiraat” from the sources of rhetoric? This research answers the following queftions: o Results: 1-No realization of the miracle of the Holy Qur'an in general and the Qira'at in particular, without ma&ering the Arabic language, with which the Quran was revealed.

2-Facilitation of the auxiliary sciences - even for speciali&s - is very important.

This research includes forty nine rhetorical rules.
