The concept of entrepreneurship is the subject of a renewed beginning and has long attracted the attention of many researchers from different disciplines.
According to their disciplinary affiliations, the researchers observed and provided an analysis of the creation of a company, the entrepreneur, his state of mind, and his actions.
Several approaches have followed one another to explain the entrepreneurial phenomenon.
Based on a historical and chronological perspective, this article reviews the main approaches that have marked the evolution of the perception of entrepreneurship.
We aim to study the contribution of each of these approaches to identify the key elements and the controversies raised by the notion of entrepreneurship

La conception de l'entrepreneuriat fait l'objet d'un début rénové et attire depuis longtemps l'attention de beaucoup de chercheurs de différentes disciplines.
Selon leurs appartenances disciplinaires, les chercheurs ont observé et donné une analyse de la création d'entreprise, de l'entrepreneur, de son état d'esprit et de ses actes.
Plusieurs approches se sont succédé pour expliquer le phénomène entrepreneurial.
En se basant sur une perspective historique et chronologique, le présent article passe en revue les principales approches qui ont marqué l'évolution de la perception de l'entrepreneuriat.
Notre visée consiste à étudier l'apport de chaque une de ces approches en vue de dégager les éléments clés et les controverses que suscite la notion de l'entrepreneuriat.
