The speech in this search was with Allah's help about medication with intoxicants and drugs in Islamic law.

I started the search with an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

I dealt in an introduction with the importance of the topic and its plan.

As for the topic of the research, I dealt with the concept of the medication, and then explain the opinions of the jurists of the owners of the jurisprudential schools of thought regarding the ruling medication and the opinions of contemporary jurists with an explanation of the most correct opinion and the reason for the weighting, then I talked about intoxicants, and I dealt with the concept of intoxicants in language, law, and medicine, and the names of these known to the jurists, and the names that have been known recently and the ruling of drinking this intoxicants are few and many unnecessary among the old and contemporary jurists, then I showed the ruling on medication with intoxicants and wine and showed the opinions of jurists in the past and in the modern with a statement of their evidence and the most correct opinion, its reason and its concept in our present time with a description of its divisions, names, and then the Sharia rule in dealing with it without necessity, or treating with it in surgical operations to cut an organ or treat a wound with each of the old and contemporary jurists.

The conclusion and the discussion in it were about what I reached from my study of this topic and after it.
