This article attempts to focus on the characteristics of the humorous discourse often used by Algerian demonstrators during the peaceful popular movement that the country experienced in February 2019.
We rely on a semiolinguistic study in order to describe d on the one hand, the iconic and linguistic elements that make up the branded signs, and on the other hand, we will try to decipher the message (s) to be transmitted through the humorous elements noted.
It is therefore a double analysis on the denotative and connotative levels

Cet article tente de mettre l'accent sur les caractéristiques du discours humoristique auquel ont fait souvent recours les manifestants algériens lors du mouvement populaire pacifique qu'a connu le pays en février 2019.
Nous nous basons sur une étude sémiolinguistique en vue de décrire d'un côté, les éléments iconiques et linguistiques qui composent les pancartes brandies, et de l'autre côté, nous essayerons de décrypter le(s) message(s) à transmettre à travers les éléments humoristiques relevés.
Il s'agit donc d'une double analyse sur les plans dénotatif et connotatif.
