This research aims to study the concept of obsolescence in Moroccan civil law, whether in contractual liability or in liability, and to study the duration of the obligations, which is either long, medium or short, and in this regard we tried at the beginning through our study of the subject to identify the definition of obsolescence in the first paragraph, while addressing the issue of obsolescence in the victims of mines under the Ottawa Convention as a new one brought by the Moroccan legislator and then we addressed the definition of obsolescence in the default liability The second paragraph with the decker some jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation and then in the end we put an aunt's summary of the subject with the daker some important recommendations.
