The aim of the current research is to define the classroom questions and the types of feedback that teachers use during education to evaluate the teaching session and to achieve the goal of the research.

The researcher chose a random sample represented by (30) teachers from Rusafa Education Schools in Baghdad.

The researcher prepared a note form to measure the classroom questions skills and the types of feedback used From the research sample, it consisted of (26) observation paragraphs, (10) paragraphs for class questions and (16) paragraphs for types of feedback.

Then I checked its psychometric properties (honesty and consistency) and then applied it by observing the male and female teachers (search sample) during the actual teaching in the specified schools.

And after analyzing the observation form data statistically by using the weighted mean and weight percentile, and determining the cut-off degree, represented by (2) for weight per centile and (6.66) for weighted average.

In order to clarify the verified paragraphs of the unverified paragraphs, it became clear that the number of verified paragraphs is (12) paragraphs, while the nonverified paragraphs are (16) paragraphs.

It became clear to the researcher that most of the verified passages were mostly the simple skills that teachers used to practice during teaching, while the unfulfilled paragraphs represented mostly the skills that require high competence from teachers and require broad knowledge of the hadith in the modern world of teaching and new ways of developing thinking, which is What indicates a sub-average performance by a number of teachers in practicing the skills of classroom questions and feedback to evaluate the educational share during the teaching process.

Therefore, the researcher recommended the necessity of training teachers during the service on the skills of classroom questions and feedback and informing them of everything new in the teaching world and methods of developing modern thinking and paying attention to the evaluation process in general and the process of evaluating the teaching session in particular.
