Moral sensitivity is the first and necessary step in the direction of ethical behavior as it represents the ability to see the moral problem, in addition to knowing how our actions may affect others, individuals who are highly conscious of their own behavior are more consistent in their behavior of various situations, and their ability to control their actions It is the private and the control over it that indicates his knowledge and control of the circumstances surrounding them, the individual who can control himself and control him is the one who is selfcontrolling and has the ability to adapt to new situations as he can determine the right and wrong and prepare them Mathaba impose laws on his actions, and that the individual self-controlled that has the capacity to make decisions in situations that have better results in the long run.

So the researcher wanted to know about: The moral sensitivity of university students.1- -Self-control among university students.2 3-The correlation between moral sensitivity and self-control among university students.

4-The differences in the correlation between moral sensitivity and self-control among university students according to the variables of sex and specialization.

The research is determined by the students of the College of Education at AlMustansiriya University, the morning study for both males and females and a humane scientific specialization for the academic year (2019 - 2020.) The researcher built two tools for both moral sensitivity and self-control and after extracting psychometric properties for each of them as the research reached the following results: the existence of moral sensitivity among university students and the presence of self-control among university students as well as a correlation relationship between the two variables and there were no differences in moral sensitivity between the sexes as well No differences emerged according to specialization, nor did a difference appear between males and females and specialization in self-control, after which the research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.
