The aim of the research is to prepare and using a highly competitive exercises based on virtual technology in developing the speed and accuracy of the straight kick for emerging table tennis players.

The two researchers used the experimental approach with equal groups, and the research community was determined by table tennis players and by (10) players at the age of 16 years, and the exercises were applied strongly, the speed of competition on the experimental group for a period of eight weeks and by three training units per week, and the two researchers used the statistical bag (SPSS) to process the data.

The most important conclusions were that the exercises with a high speed of competition according to virtual technology have positively affected the development of the speed and accuracy of the straight kick for emerging table tennis players, and the researchers recommend emphasizing age groups as an important factor that should be taken into account in the issue of developing these groups in the long run to be a pillar of the future of the game.
