This study aims at measuring the impact of technology information on applying the concept of Total Quality Management in Jordanian Customs Department through identifying the concept of information technology, conccptual framework of Total Quality Management and the method of application in organizations.

It also aims at identifying the impact of information technology on applying the concept of Total Quality Management in Jordanian Customs Department, the differences between impacts of information technology and application of Total Quality Management in Jordanian Customs Department according to demographic variables.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach, as the researcher has concluded several results, most importantly; the study results have showed that the level of using information technology in Jordanian Customs Department is high.

Also, the software dimension came first, followed by the networks dimension, the devices and equipment dimensions, the individuals’ skills and lastly, the database’ dimensions.

The level of using software, networks, equipment, and devices was high whereas the individuals’ skills level and using database were moderate.

This result can be explained that the Jordanian Customs Department has worked on developing and updating the work procedures through employing information technology in its work, especially under the complexity of its works, in addition to the size of its workload.
