The study aimed to determine the degree of faculty members ’approval of the regulations for branches of international universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it adopted the descriptive survey approach, using the questionnaire as a study tool.

It was applied to a sample of (544) members of the Saudi faculty in 5 Saudi universities and reached the approval of faculty members with a very high degree, with a general average of (4.40), on the controls for establishing branches in Saudi Arabia, they are ranked as follows: (First, quality controls, second, controls related to the main university, third: disciplines related to the branch, fourth, controls for faculty members, and fifth, controls related to financial aspects.

And the sixth regulations related to academic programs, and the seventh controls for students) and recommended the necessity of controlling the work of branches by imposing: a set of conditions, most notably the recognition of the parent university of the branch and the academic certificates and degrees it grants, and the degrees awarded by the branch are equivalent to the academic degrees presented at the mother university, the branch obtained a license from the Ministry Education, the branch respect for each other to erase the Islamic religion.
