The novel coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), which began in December 2019, has created an unprecedented challenge for services, especially medical services, throughout the world.

In this short report, we consider the impact an outbreak of COVID-19 in a locked psychiatric rehabilitation unit in the United Kingdom, and its effect on two patients treated with Clozapine.

Findings suggests an epidemiological model for COVID-19.
