Despite the proliferation of the phenomnon of Third Party Funding in international commercial arbitration in Western countries and the large volume of theoritical studies in the subject, there is obvious scarcey of the same studies in the Arab countries.

Therefore, we decided to submit to the Arab legal community this study in Arabic analysing the issue of Third Party Funding in International Commercial Arbitration (TPF)focusing on its TPF in general and then examined the concept of TPF, its types, benefits and risks.

The study also examines the legal and ethical challenges that TPF may face in parctice.

The study also sets out the most acceptable principles and practices that should prevail with the use of TPF worlwide.

Lastly, the study discusses the possiblity of applying TPF mechanison in Jordan
