This research aims to clarify the preferences of Imam Al-Bayhaqi- May God Almighty have mercy on him- In his book Khilafat In the chapter on what is valid for marriage I studied it A comparative jurisprudence study As I studied the jurisprudential issues In which Imam Abu Hanifa disagreed with Imam Shafi'i May God Almighty have mercy on them In the chapter on what is valid for marriage، I studied the issues of seven schools of thought، namely: the Hanafi، the Maliki، the Shafi'i، the Hanbali، the Dhahriya، the Zaydi and the Imamate، and then clarify what Imam Al-Bayhaqi suggested The topic of this research is considered one of the important topics related to the jurisprudential rulings that the taxpayer needs in this life، and among these jurisprudential rulings is marriage، because life does not settle and does not perfection except with a righteous wife.
