This research determines the impact of sporting activities on the mental health of children and adolescents in school.

Besides academic learning, these sporting activities are also acquisitions that develop their knowledge and reflections.

The school environment is, therefore, an ideal place to train, inform and educate them, through the sport activity, on health issues and the promotion of healthy behaviors to preserve it.

The school health doctor plays a leading role during screening visits, and through a clinical examination and an exploration of declaring the student's aptitude for the practice of physical education and sports.

So, all sports activities must be adapted to ensure that students with special needs can participate.

The adaptation must conform to the modifications typical of the student.
