Summary: In their jurisprudence, the jurists took upthe aspect of the queen when deducing andjudging the chain of narrators, and used thename of the juristic queen.

The research aims to explain the meaningof the jurisprudential queen as a term usedby the jurists, its relationship to human tasteand character, and to know the foundationsand controls that govern the relationshipbetween the cognitive queen and the senseof taste.

The research consisted of an introductionthat included the reasons behind choosingthis topic, the research problem and itsplan, four investigations, and a conclusionthat included the most important findingsand recommendations, and among themost prominent of these results is that theDucal Queen is not a form of speculationand a distraction, rather it is either light andwisdom that God throws into the hearts ofthe properties of his creation It also appearedin authentic hadiths of the Prophet, or it is an experience mixed with longevitywith knowledge and righteousness, then itgenerates a taste for knowledge that distinguishesbetween various matters.
